Return Regulations


Thank you for your support of our critical space mission of providing Earth with intergalactic CBD and hemp flower products. By making a purchase from The Space Bake, you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp flower. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Please always check with your physician before starting a new dietary supplement program.

We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no health claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD. If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding of the present status of CBD products.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or an unopened and unused product that you wish to return, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We are more than happy to help resolve any issues you may have.

You may return products that are damaged, defective, or unopened and unused within 3 business days of receiving your product with valid proof of purchase for store credit only.

All product returns must be accompanied with a written statement detailing the reasons for the return and a copy of the order invoice. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will reimburse the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or damaged item).

Please note that we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened or used. CBD affects everyone differently, and we are not able to resell opened or used products.

Return Process:

  1. Email us at missioncontrol@thespacebake.com as soon as possible to alert us that you will be returning your unopened or defective product within the 3-day time limit, and to request the return shipping address. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

  2. Once you have shipped your product back to us, please email the tracking number to us so we can keep an eye out for the returned goods.

  3. Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm its condition, we will then issue a refund or exchange for the unopened or defective product, less a 20% restocking fee, and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for a refund to post to your bank account.
